Hi! I’m Erica. I’m a Brooklyn-based copywriter and communications strategist with over a decade of experience in customer marketing and communications.
I’ve worked with companies across biotech, health tech, fit tech, beauty, and retail, at every stage from early startups to late-stage and more established organizations.
I love learning new products and working with the people behind them, whether that’s an industry-defining SaaS platform or the next great CPG brand. I’m quick to understand personas, brand and messaging hierarchies, and business priorities and enjoy translating complex, often technical details into messaging that’s clear, engaging, and actually useful.
The thread that ties all of my experience together is my background in psychology. The core of my approach is grounded in a desire to understand how people think, learn what motivates and engages them, and create moments that foster connection and community. People are the reason I do what I do, and I aim to keep them at the center of my work, both the clients I support and the customers they’re trying to reach.
